Have you noticed that
some days are just filled with joy - for no apparent reason? You know, those
amazing days when everything is going great, and we can just ...live. On days
like this, as a rule, I tend to think less and just embrace my feelings more. It’s
a wonderful sensation of just being happy all over! - those are the days when
the inner joy bubbles out and fills everything around us. Yes, I think these
days create a very special inner peace, and I am filled with confidence and
energy. I love these days! I would like to find a way to create this
feeling...and not just wait for it to happen randomly!

Бывают такие дни, наполненные какой-то беспричинной радостью, когда все получается, всему радуешься и живешь, просто живешь, наполнено и легко. В такие дни, как правило, меньше мыслей и больше чувств, ощущений. И все эти ощущения как-будто везде, не только внутри тебя, но и вокруг. И от этого всего внутри появляется какой-то особый глубокий покой, уверенность, энергия. Люблю такие дни. Хочу уметь их создавать :)
